Flavorful balsamic pork loin marinated with balsamic vinegar, steak seasoning, and olive oil.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons steak seasoning rub
  • 0.5 cup olive oil
  • 2 pounds boneless pork loin roast
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, mix vinegar and steak seasoning until dissolved. Then, stir in olive oil until well combined.
  • Place the pork in a resealable bag and generously coat it with the marinade. Remove any air from the bag, seal it, and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight.
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) before getting started with the recipe.
  • Lay the pork in a glass baking dish, ensuring it's coated in the marinade.
  • Roast in the preheated oven, brushing with juices occasionally, until the tenderloin's center reaches 145°F (65°C) when tested with an instant-read thermometer, approximately 1 hour.
  • Allow to rest for 10 minutes prior to slicing and presenting.
