Get ready for the ultimate pre-New Year's Eve boost to kick off 2006 in style with this party-ready recipe!
Ingredients:
  • 375ml (1 1/2 cups) reduced-fat milk
  • 1/2 200g container skim milk natural yoghurt
  • 1 ripe banana, chopped
  • 150g frozen raspberries or fresh raspberries
  • 30.00 ml oat bran
  • 14.40 gm honey, or to taste
  • 35g almond kernels
  • 25g pepitas
Instructions:
  • Combine milk, yogurt, banana, raspberries, oat bran, and honey in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into serving glasses.
  • Mix the almonds and pepitas together and enjoy alongside your smoothie right away.
