Delicious berry and banana breakfast with hidden veggies, make ahead for easy mornings!
Ingredients:
  • 150g (1 cup) frozen mixed berries
  • 1 ⁄2 small banana, frozen
  • 1 ⁄2 small zucchini, coarsely grated
  • 20.00 ml hemp seeds
  • 10.00 gm rolled oats
  • 250ml (1 cup) skim milk
Instructions:
  • Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Sprinkle reserved hemp on top before serving.
