  • 0.33333334326744 cup margarine, melted
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup mashed banana
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 (14 ounce) package individually wrapped caramels, unwrapped
  • 1 banana, sliced
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted margarine in a medium bowl. Press the mixture into the greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Combine the cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar in a separate bowl until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla and mashed banana. Transfer the mixture into the crust.
  • After baking for 30 minutes in the preheated oven until the center is set, allow it to cool before refrigerating for at least 3 hours.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt caramels into evaporated milk, stirring often until smooth. Top the cheesecake with banana slices and a decadent caramel drizzle.
