Energize your morning with a creamy banana smoothie packed with wheat germ and peanut butter for a nutritious boost.
Ingredients:
  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled, coarsely chopped
  • 375ml (1 1/2 cups) skim milk
  • 70g (1/4 cup) low-fat natural yoghurt
  • 41.60 gm crunchy peanut butter
  • 28.60 gm honey
  • 20.00 ml wheat germ
  • 6 ice cubes
  • Honey, extra, to serve
Instructions:
  • Combine the banana, milk, yogurt, peanut butter, honey, wheat germ, and ice in a blender, then blend until smooth.
  • Divide among glasses and generously drizzle with extra honey before serving.
