Start your day with this creamy and delicious smoothie made with oats, yogurt, almond butter, and a frozen banana for a filling breakfast treat.
Ingredients:
  • 8 cubes ice, or more to taste
  • 1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt
  • 1 medium frozen banana, cut into chunks
  • 0.5 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter, or more to taste
  • 2 drops almond extract
Instructions:
  • In a blender, blend ice cubes, yogurt, banana, oats, honey, almond butter, and almond extract until smooth. Pour into a serving glass.
