Indulge in a decadent treat combining the classic flavors of banana split ice cream with rich, fudgy brownies.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Delights Supreme Original Brownie Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box for cakelike brownies
  • 1 pint (2 cups) favorite flavor ice cream, slightly softened
  • 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • 2 medium bananas, sliced (1 1/2 cups)
  • 1/2 cup pineapple tidbits in juice, drained, patted dry (from 8-oz can)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup Hershey's® hot fudge topping
  • Whipped cream, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan) and grease a 12x3/4-inch pizza pan with shortening or cooking spray. Prepare brownie batter according to the box instructions for a fudgy texture, then spread it evenly in the pan.
  • Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out almost clean. Allow to cool completely on a cooling rack for about 1 1/2 hours.
  • Smooth the softened ice cream over the brownie base and let it freeze for a minimum of 1 hour until firm. Prior to serving, add the strawberries, bananas, pineapple, and pecans on top. Finish off by drizzling with the topping and serve with whipped cream.
