Decadent banana split dessert pizza with chocolate brownie crust, creamy banana pudding, juicy fruit, and crunchy nuts.
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 1 (18.4 ounce) package brownie mix
  • 0.66666668653488 cup vegetable oil
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 (5 ounce) package instant banana cream pudding mix
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1.5 cups cold milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®)
  • 1 medium banana, thinly sliced
  • 4 large strawberries, thinly sliced
  • 12 maraschino cherries
  • 0.5 cup chopped peanuts
  • 0.5 cup drained pineapple tidbits
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 12-inch round pizza pan with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the brownie mix, oil, water, and eggs until well combined with just 50 strokes. Spread the batter evenly on the prepared pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let it cool completely for about 30 minutes.
  • Whisk together pudding mix and cream cheese until smooth. Slowly pour in cold milk and mix until creamy. Gently fold in 1/3 of the whipped topping, then spread the pudding mixture over the cooled crust. Finish by topping evenly with the remaining whipped topping.
  • Top the dish with sliced bananas, strawberries, and pineapple tidbits, generously drizzle with chocolate sauce, and sprinkle with peanuts. Cut into 12 slices and add a cherry on top of each if serving immediately. Otherwise, refrigerate until ready to serve.
