Nutella and banana dessert pizza

Ingredients:
  • 50g Nutella
  • 1 plain pizza base
  • 40g butter, or margarine
  • 1 banana
  • 80.00 gm raw sugar
  • Icing sugar, to sprinkle
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180C with the fan on.
  • Evenly coat both sides of your pizza base with a thin layer of butter.
  • Prepare the banana slices and delicately toss them with three tablespoons of raw sugar until evenly coated. Chill the sugar-coated banana in the refrigerator.
  • Bake pizza in the oven for about 20 minutes, or until the bottom and edges turn a delicious golden brown.
  • Spread a generous layer of decadent Nutella over the base, then arrange sugar-coated bananas on top of the Nutella.
  • Sprinkle the last tablespoon of raw sugar over the bananas.
  • Return the dish to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Dust the top of the pizza with a layer of icing sugar. Allow it to cool for 2 minutes before enjoying.
