Microwave banana cake with decadent Nutella® topping - a delicious and simple dessert for two.
Ingredients:
  • 6 tablespoons whole wheat flour
  • 4.5 tablespoons white sugar
  • 0.125 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 banana, mashed
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate-hazelnut spread (such as Nutella®), or to taste
Instructions:
  • Combine flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl. In a separate microwave-safe bowl, blend banana, milk, oil, and vanilla extract together. Gradually incorporate the flour mixture into the wet ingredients until a smooth batter forms.
  • Microwave for approximately 2 minutes until cake is fully cooked. Allow to cool briefly, then generously spread chocolate-hazelnut spread over the top.
