Banana and cream chocolate pizza

Indulge in a decadent banana and cream chocolate dessert pizza. Perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings!
Ingredients:
  • 500.00 ml plain flour, plus extra to dust
  • 7g sachet dry active yeast
  • 5.00 gm caster sugar
  • 1.20 gm salt
  • 18.20 gm olive oil, plus extra to grease
  • 45.00 gm brown sugar
  • 3 bananas, thinly sliced
  • 10.00 gm butter, melted
  • 125.00 ml chocolate hazelnut spread (or Nutella)
  • 200ml Creme Fraiche
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, combine sifted flour with yeast, sugar, and salt. Create a well in the center and pour in 200ml of warm water and oil. Use a wooden spoon or your hands to mix until a dough forms. Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead for 5 minutes until smooth by hand or in an electric mixer with a dough hook.
  • Grease a clean bowl lightly with oil, then place the dough inside and cover it with a tea towel. Let it rise in a warm spot for about 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.
  • Preheat your oven to 240C (220C fan forced). Toss sugar and sliced banana in a bowl to coat them evenly, then set aside. Gently punch down the dough to remove any trapped air, then divide it into 2 balls. Roll out each ball on a floured surface to about 20cm in diameter. Brush both sides with melted butter, place on a baking paper-lined tray, and prick the surface with a fork. Bake for 10-15 minutes until crisp and golden.
  • Take the bases out of the oven and spread the hazelnut spread evenly. Add dollops of crème fraîche on top of the chocolate and gently spread it out. Next, spoon the banana and sugar mixture over the Bulla Crème Fraiche. Put it back in the oven for 8 more minutes or until the banana caramelizes. Serve with Bulla Creamy Classics Vanilla Ice Cream.
