No-bake banana split cake: a delicious summer treat without the oven!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 1 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 6 bananas
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 0.25 cup chopped walnuts
  • 8 maraschino cherries
Instructions:
  • Mix crushed vanilla wafers with melted margarine and press into the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan.
  • Cream together the cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until fluffy, then spread over the vanilla wafer crust. Add crushed pineapple, sliced bananas, and whipped topping on top. Finally, sprinkle with chopped walnuts and maraschino cherries.
  • Allow the dish to rest in the refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours before presenting.
