Crispy air-fried wings coated in a deliciously spicy and sweet sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds chicken wings and drummettes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oils
  • 2 teaspoon kosher salt, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 1/2 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onion
Instructions:
  • Coat wings in olive oil, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) per manufacturer's instructions.
  • Place wings in the air fryer and cook until they achieve a perfect golden-brown crispiness, tossing every 8 to 10 minutes for a total of 23 to 25 minutes, potentially in batches if needed.
  • In a large bowl, mix together 1/2 teaspoon salt, mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha until well combined. Set aside for later use.
  • Coat hot wings generously with sauce mixture. Garnish with green onions before serving.
