Whip up a delicious banana toffee cheesecake with clever shortcuts.
Ingredients:
  • 1 x 510g pkt frozen French Cream Cheesecake
  • 2 bananas, peeled
  • 100g white chocolate melts, finely chopped
  • 40.40 gm pouring cream
  • 180g (1/2 cup) Caramel Top 'n' Fill
Instructions:
  • To prepare the luscious caramel topping, place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Warm the cream in a small saucepan over low heat until it just begins to boil, about 2 minutes. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and stir until velvety. Mix in the caramel until smooth. Let it cool at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  • Place the cheesecake on a serving platter and generously spread the caramel topping over the frozen cake to let it cascade down the sides. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour until the cake thaws and the topping solidifies.
  • Slice the banana thinly and layer beautifully on the caramel. Serve right away to enjoy the perfect flavors.
