Decadent milkshake with pretzels, caramel, popcorn, and banana-chocolate flavors. A must-try indulgence!
Ingredients:
  • 4.60 gm vegetable oil
  • 20.00 ml popping corn (see Note)
  • 82.50 ml caramel sauce
  • 100g dark chocolate, melted
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice-cream
  • 386.25 gm milk
  • Canned whipped cream, to serve
  • Plain pretzels, to decorate
  • Chocolate pretzels, to decorate
  • 20g dark eating chocolate, grated
Instructions:
  • In a medium saucepan over high heat, heat oil. Add popping corn and cook covered, shaking the pan until popping sound stops, for about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat, then sprinkle with salt and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of caramel sauce. Stir to coat and allow it to cool.
  • Drizzle the melted chocolate inside each of the 4 x 300ml glasses and delicately coat the edges of the glasses.
  • Combine banana, ice cream, milk, and 2 tablespoons of caramel sauce in a blender until it's smooth and frothy. Pour it into glasses, top with whipped cream, and garnish with pretzels, caramel popcorn, and grated chocolate. Serve right away.
