Irresistible golden pie with decadent banana and sweet caramel combo.
Ingredients:
  • 250g pkt Granita biscuits
  • 125g unsalted butter, melted
  • 380g can caramel
  • 2-3 bananas
  • 300ml thickened cream, whipped
  • Grated dark chocolate, to garnish
Instructions:
  • Prepare eight 10cm tart pans by greasing them lightly. Crush the biscuits in a food processor to make crumbs. Blend in the melted butter until fully combined. Firmly press this mixture into the base and sides of the tart pans. Pour the caramel over the base and refrigerate until ready to use. Prior to serving, slice the bananas and arrange them over the caramel layer. Finish by adding whipped cream and garnishing with grated chocolate.
