Barbecued Chicken Pizza

Cheesy chicken pizza: a quick, heart-healthy twist on classic Italian fare, ready in just 20 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
  • 1/3 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 package (10 ounces) ready-to-serve thin Italian pizza crust (12 inches in diameter)
  • 3 roma (plum) tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese (4 ounces)
  • Fresh cilantro leaves
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 450°F. Combine the chicken and barbecue sauce in a small bowl. Place the pizza crust on an ungreased cookie sheet, then spread the chicken mixture over the crust. Top with tomatoes and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake until cheese is gooey and crust is golden brown, then sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
