Try sizzling BBQ chicken grilled pizza for a summer delight.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
  • 0.5 cup barbeque sauce, divided
  • 1 (13.8 ounce) package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, or as needed
  • 1 cup shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Heat up the grill to a medium temperature and brush the grate with a light coating of oil.
  • Combine chicken with a generous coating of 2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce in a bowl for a flavorful blend.
  • On a work surface, roll out the dough into 2 rectangles. Brush olive oil on the top of each rectangle.
  • Put the dough on the grill, oil-side down, and cook for about 5 minutes until the bottom is browned and the top is bubbling. Brush the tops with oil, then flip them over.
  • Evenly coat each crust with the delicious barbecue sauce. Layer on the savory chicken, Colby-Monterey Jack cheese, and vibrant tomatoes.
  • Cover the grill to let the pizza cook until the cheese is melted, which should take 2 to 3 minutes. Afterward, take the pizza off the grill and allow it to cool for another 2 to 3 minutes before slicing.
