Elevate your birthday party with custom crusty pizzas - a crowd-pleasing hit!
Ingredients:
  • Olive oil, to grease
  • 450g (3 cups) plain flour
  • 1 tsp (7g/1 sachet) dried yeast
  • 2.40 gm salt
  • 310ml (1 1/4 cups) lukewarm water
  • Plain flour, extra, to dust
Instructions:
  • Grease a bowl with a touch of olive oil. In another bowl, mix flour, yeast, and salt. Create a hollow in the middle and pour in water and oil. Stir with a wooden spoon, then knead with hands until a soft dough comes together.
  • Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for 3 minutes until nearly smooth. Put the dough in the oiled bowl, ensuring it's coated well. Cover with plastic wrap and allow it to rise in a warm, draft-free spot for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  • Punch down the center of the dough with your fist, then knead in the bowl for 20-30 seconds until smooth and back to its original size.
