"Always have pizza dough on hand for easy, no-cook dinners."
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 7g sachets (1 tbsp) dry yeast
  • 10.00 gm caster sugar
  • 2.40 gm salt
  • 1250.00 ml plain flour
  • 113.75 gm olive oil
Instructions:
  • Mix together yeast, sugar, salt, and 1 1/2 cups of warm water in a bowl. Let it sit in a warm place for 20 minutes until it becomes foamy.
  • In a large bowl, combine flour and oil, then create a well in the center. Add yeast mixture and mix until dough forms. Transfer to a lightly floured surface and knead for 5 to 7 minutes until smooth and elastic, adding more flour if needed. Place the dough in a large oiled bowl, cover, and let it rest in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  • Create a well in the center of the dough using your fist and knead until smooth in 20-30 seconds. Divide the dough into quarters and roll out each portion into a 30cm round pizza base. Transfer the bases onto greased baking trays.
