Create homemade pizza dough, top it with gooey cheese and your favorite toppings.
Ingredients:
  • 7g sachet dry yeast
  • 5.00 gm caster sugar
  • 1.20 gm salt
  • 500.00 ml plain flour
  • 36.40 gm olive oil
Instructions:
  • In a jug, mix together 3/4 cup warm water, yeast, sugar, and salt. Whisk with a fork until dissolved. Cover with plastic wrap and let it sit in a warm place for 5 minutes until bubbles form on the surface.
  • In a bowl, combine sifted flour with the yeast mixture and oil to form a soft dough. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for 10 minutes until elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for 25 to 30 minutes until doubled in size.
  • Fist-punch the dough down, then knead on a lightly floured surface until smooth.
  • Spread your choice of tantalizing toppings over the base and bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden brown and perfectly cooked through.
