Ingredients:
  • 250.00 ml firmly packed fresh basil leaves
  • 62.50 ml pine nuts, toasted
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 56.88 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 62.50 ml finely grated parmesan
Instructions:
  • Blend together fresh basil leaves, pine nuts, and garlic until nearly smooth, occasionally scraping down the sides. While blending, pour in olive oil slowly and steadily. Keep blending until fully combined. Pour the mixture into a bowl, then add grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. Stir well until fully combined.
