Elevate dishes with vibrant homemade pesto drizzle.
Ingredients:
  • 1 bunch basil, leaves picked
  • 40g parmesan
  • 55g pine nut
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 125ml olive oil
Instructions:
  • Combine fresh basil leaves, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, and garlic in a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped. While running, slowly pour in the olive oil until mixture is well blended. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the basil to an airtight container and drizzle with oil to preserve freshness. Refrigerate for up to one week to maintain optimal flavor.
