Versatile basil pesto perfect for pasta, pizza, and more!
Ingredients:
  • 250.00 ml firmly packed fresh basil leaves
  • 1 garlic clove, quartered
  • 40.00 ml grated parmesan
  • 40.00 ml pine nuts, toasted
  • 75.08 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 42.00 gm lemon juice
Instructions:
  • Pulse basil, garlic, parmesan, and pine nuts in a food processor until finely chopped.
  • While the food processor is running, slowly pour in the oil and lemon juice until the pesto is nearly smooth.
  • Store in a sealed container, ensuring the surface is covered with plastic wrap. Keep in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
