Ingredients:
  • 375.00 ml (firmly packed) fresh basil leaves
  • 125.00 ml pine nuts
  • 2 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
  • 113.75 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 60g parmesan cheese, finely grated
Instructions:
  • Combine fragrant basil leaves, crunchy pine nuts, and pungent garlic in a powerful food processor. Blend until it forms a nearly smooth paste, making sure to scrape down the sides occasionally to ensure even consistency.
  • While the food processor is running, slowly drizzle in the oil until fully incorporated.
  • Pour the aromatic pesto into a bowl. Sprinkle in the savory parmesan and a dash of salt and pepper. Mix until all the flavors harmonize perfectly.
