Whip up a delicious pasta dish with bacon, sun-dried tomatoes, and cheese in no time!
Ingredients:
  • 500g dried bavette or spaghetti
  • 6 rashers bacon, trimmed, cut into thin strips
  • 250g fresh ricotta, crumbled
  • 250g semi-dried tomatoes
  • 1 bunch chives, finely chopped
Instructions:
  • Boil pasta in a large pot of salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
  • Place bacon in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and cook until light golden, about 3 minutes.
  • After draining the pasta, save 2 tablespoons of cooking water. Put the pasta back into the saucepan along with the reserved water. Add bacon, ricotta, tomatoes, chives, salt, and pepper to the pasta. Mix gently over low heat until everything is well combined. Serve and enjoy!
