Beach Ball Party Chex Mix™

Perfect for pool parties or summer snacking, this delicious mix is always a crowd favorite!
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups Rice Chex™ cereal
  • 3 cups Corn Chex™ cereal
  • 1 cup tiny fish-shaped pretzel crackers
  • 1 cup tiny fish-shaped cheese-flavored crackers
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon dry ranch dressing mix
  • 2 cups puffed cheese balls
Instructions:
  • Combine cereals and crackers in a large microwave-safe bowl. Stir until well mixed.
  • Microwave butter in a small microwavable bowl on High for 30 to 60 seconds until melted. Stir in dry ranch dressing mix until smooth.
  • Drizzle the melted butter mixture over the cereal, ensuring it's evenly distributed. Gently mix until every piece is coated. Microwave the uncovered bowl on High for 4 minutes, pausing to stir every minute.
  • Gently fold in the flavorful cheese balls. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before enjoying. Serve promptly or store in a sealed container for later.
