Satisfy your lunch cravings with these tasty spring rolls.
Ingredients:
  • 220g can reduced-salt baked beans
  • 6 large sheets spring roll pastry
  • 225g can pineapple pieces in natural juice, drained
  • Olive oil cooking spray
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 210°C (190°C for fan-forced). Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Drain 1 tablespoon of sauce from the beans.
  • Lay down a pastry sheet and moisten the edge with cold water. Spread one-sixth of the pineapple lengthwise along one edge, leaving a 1cm border. Add one-sixth of the beans. Fold the sides in and roll up to seal the filling. Transfer to a baking tray. Repeat with the rest of the ingredients. Give the rolls a quick spray of oil before baking.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until beautifully golden and heated through, remembering to flip halfway through. Let it cool on the tray for 5 minutes before serving.
