Kid-friendly side dish recipe for easy prep.
Ingredients:
  • 350g beef rump steak, trimmed, cut into 2.5cm pieces
  • 8 button mushrooms, halved
  • 1 small zucchini, halved, cut into 2cm pieces
  • 4 slices pancetta, halved
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • Lemon wedges, to serve
Instructions:
  • Skewer the beef, mushrooms, zucchini, and pancetta.
  • Prepare the barbecue plate or chargrill by lightly spraying it with oil and heating it over medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for 3 to 4 minutes on each side for a medium doneness, or until they reach your desired level of cooking. Serve the skewers with a side of Greek salad and lemon wedges for a refreshing touch.
