Beef dumpling, soy and sesame broth

Make delicious beef dumpling soup in just 30 minutes. Enjoy a flavorful and aromatic meal.
Ingredients:
  • 2 7’s Stock Cubes Chicken Style
  • 5cm-piece ginger, cut into matchsticks
  • 1 garlic clove, bruised
  • 1 tsp Chang’s Sesame Oil
  • 21.00 gm Soy Sauce
  • 15.60 gm Original Chilli Sauce (optional)
  • 2 spring onions, green and white parts separated, thinly sliced
  • 425g can Whole mushrooms, drained, thinly sliced
  • 227g can Sliced Water Chestnuts, drained, thinly sliced
  • 1 bunch bok choy, quartered lengthways
  • 250g pkt Mini Beef Dim Sims
  • 1 long red chilli, seeded, thinly sliced (optional)
Instructions:
  • In a large saucepan, combine the stock cubes, 8 cups (2L) of water, ginger, garlic, oil, soy sauce, optional chilli sauce, and the white parts of the spring onion. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer on low for 10 minutes.
  • Pour the mixture through a fine sieve into a jug to separate any solids. Transfer the liquid back to the pan and bring it to a boil. Add mushrooms, water chestnuts, bok choy, and dim sims and cook for 5 minutes until the dim sims are fully cooked. Serve with chili and the remaining spring onions.
