Whip up a delectable beef enchilada dip with creamy mushroom soup, savory ground beef, and zesty enchilada sauce in the slow cooker for an effortless and tasty treat.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 pound ground beef
  • 0.25 onion, chopped, or more to taste
  • 0.66666668653488 cup water
  • 1 (1 ounce) packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (28 ounce) can mild red enchilada sauce
  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 0.5 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown and crumble beef and onion for 5 to 7 minutes until cooked. Drain excess grease. Stir in water and taco seasoning; cook until liquid evaporates, about 5 minutes.
  • Combine enchilada sauce, cream of mushroom soup, and Cheddar cheese in a slow cooker set to High. Mix in the ground beef mixture and cook until the sauce bubbles, stirring occasionally, for 15 to 20 minutes. Switch to Low or 'Keep Warm' setting before serving.
