Whip up a delicious homemade beef pad see ew in just 15 minutes with only 5 ingredients for a quick and satisfying dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 340g pkt Asia Thick Egg Noodles
  • 500g No Added Hormones Beef Rump Steak, thinly sliced
  • 600g pkt Rainbow Stir-Fry Mix
  • 205g pkt pad see ew cooking sauce
  • Coriander sprigs, to serve
Instructions:
  • Boil the noodles in a large saucepan for 4 minutes or until tender, then drain thoroughly.
  • Heat a wok or large non-stick frying pan over high heat. Cook half of the beef until just cooked through, about 1-2 mins. Transfer to a plate and repeat with the remaining beef.
  • Add the cooked beef back to the wok or pan along with the stir-fry mix, cooking sauce, and noodles from the pad see ew packet. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender and everything is heated through. Season with your favorite seasonings.
  • Spoon the beef mixture into individual serving bowls. Season to taste, then garnish with chili flakes and fresh coriander from the pad see ew packet before serving.
