Enhance rib roast with simple seasoning of salt and pepper for exquisite flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 2.3kg standing rib roast, trimmed
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 2.40 gm sea salt flakes
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat barbecue plate on high heat until sizzling. Lower heat to medium. Coat roast with oil and season generously with sea salt and black pepper before placing it in a shallow baking dish.
  • Grill the dish with the lid on for 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes until medium doneness. Rest covered with foil for 15 minutes before slicing.
