Toast a refreshing summer cocktail bursting with juicy fruits.
Ingredients:
  • 625ml (2 1/2 cups) chilled pineapple juice
  • 500ml (2 cups) chilled cranberry juice
  • 250ml (1 cup) chilled raspberry-flavoured vodka
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) strawberry liqueur
  • Crushed ice, to serve
  • Fresh raspberries, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a large jug, mix together the pineapple juice, cranberry juice, vodka, strawberry liqueur, and ice.
  • Skewer 2-3 raspberries onto cocktail sticks, making a total of 10 skewers.
  • Pour the pineapple juice mixture through a strainer into the serving glasses. Garnish each glass with a cocktail stick.
