Refreshing herbal cocktail, perfect for a lively twist on holiday drinks.
Ingredients:
  • 500 g frozen blackberries
  • 4 lemons chopped into little pieces
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary leaves picked
  • 10 juniper berries
  • 5 tbsp honey
  • 500 ml Bombay Sapphire gin
  • 1 litre soda water
Instructions:
  • Evenly distribute the blackberries, lemons, and rosemary into each tumbler, and then add a juniper berry and ½ tbsp honey. Prepare these in advance and chill in the fridge until needed. When ready to serve, use a muddler or rolling pin to gently crush the berries. Fill each glass with ice, pour in 50ml gin, add a splash of soda water, stir, and enjoy.
