Chef Angie McGowan shares a delicious and nutritious breakfast smoothie recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Cascadian Farm® frozen organic harvest berries (from 10-oz bag)
  • 1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Light Fat Free blueberry patch yogurt, red raspberry or strawberry yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Fiber One™ original bran cereal
  • 1/4 cup low-fat (1%) milk
Instructions:
  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for about 1 minute until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve right away.
