Quick and easy pink cocktail for any occasion.
Ingredients:
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) gin
  • Fresh raspberries, to serve
  • Berry sorbet, to serve
  • Chilled sparkling wine, to serve
Instructions:
  • Pour the gin evenly into 2 champagne flutes. Drop in the raspberries and gently crush them with a fork.
  • Spoon the sorbet into the dish and finish with a splash of sparkling wine.
