Candied walnuts with cranberries and seeds - perfect for snacking or adding crunch to cereals and salads!
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 cup hulled pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 0.75 cup raspberry-flavored dried cranberries
Instructions:
  • Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt brown sugar, then stir in walnuts and sesame seeds until the walnuts are coated and the seeds are well mixed. Transfer the coated walnuts to the baking sheet and let them cool.
  • Combine the crunchy walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and sweet cranberries in a bowl.
