Delicious fusion of pumpkin pie and cheesecake. Passed down from my mother, this recipe yields 2 scrumptious 9-inch pies.
Ingredients:
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crusts
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • In a spacious bowl, whip cream cheese and sugar until velvety. Mix in sour cream, vanilla, and spice. Add eggs one at a time, then incorporate pumpkin puree until evenly combined. Divide filling between 2 crusts.
  • Place in the oven that has been preheated for 45 minutes, or until the filling is firm. Let it cool, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before enjoying.
