Ingredients:
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 0.66666668653488 cup water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda, sifted
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and prepare three 7x3-inch loaf pans by greasing and flouring them.
  • Combine pumpkin puree, sugar, oil, water, eggs, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until fully combined. In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg, and ginger. Gradually sift the flour mixture over the pumpkin mixture and gently fold in until incorporated. Transfer the batter into the prepared pans.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 50 minutes, or until golden brown on top and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
