Ingredients:
  • 1 (14.75 ounce) can canned salmon
  • 0.5 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 0.25 cup chopped onion
  • 1 large egg
Instructions:
  • Collect all the ingredients.
  • Separate and keep the liquid from the canned salmon. Transfer the salmon to a medium bowl and blend in bread crumbs, onion, and egg until thoroughly mixed.
  • Form mixture into patties, incorporating reserved salmon liquid if needed for moisture.
  • In a generous amount of oil in a large skillet over medium heat, cook the patties until beautifully golden brown on each side, about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
  • Place on paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve immediately and savor every bite!
