Revitalize your summer sips with cool cucumber and basil-infused lemonade.
Ingredients:
  • 8 cups cold water, divided
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1.5 cups lemon juice
  • 0.5 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 10 fresh basil leaves, torn
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water and sugar to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let the syrup cool to room temperature.
  • Combine the syrup, water, lemon juice, cucumber, and basil in a pitcher and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.
