Delicious marinade keeps chicken breasts or thighs juicy and flavorful.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 0.25 cup egg substitute
  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 10 skinless chicken thighs
Instructions:
  • Mix vegetable oil, apple cider vinegar, egg substitute, garlic powder, paprika, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper in a jar. Shake well to blend. Place chicken in a glass dish and pour 3/4 of the marinade over it, saving the rest for basting. Cover, refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
  • Heat up the grill on high.
  • Oil the grill grate lightly. Grill the chicken, discarding marinade from the dish. Grill for 10 minutes on each side, or until juices run clear. Brush reserved sauce on chicken before serving.
