Moe Cason's grilled pork burgers burst with flavor from cheddar, feta, Worcestershire, and hot sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 3 (1 pound) packages Farmland® Fresh Ground Pork
  • 1 small sweet onion, chopped
  • 0.75 cup feta cheese crumbles
  • 0.75 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.25 cup hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • Fresh cracked black pepper
  • Coarse sea salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat your grill to medium heat. In a big bowl, mix ground pork, onion, cheeses, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and garlic with your hands until well combined. Shape the mixture into 9 to 12 1-inch thick patties, then season both sides with salt and pepper.
  • Enhance the smoky flavor by tossing a small handful of pecan or oak wood chips onto the fire 10 minutes before grilling the patties.
  • Grill the burgers for about 15 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes, until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
