Mouthwatering grilled burger with bold smoky flavors from seasoning, liquid smoke, Worcestershire, garlic, adobo, and chipotle.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds ground beef sirloin
  • 0.5 onion, grated
  • 1 tablespoon grill seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon liquid smoke flavoring
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon adobo sauce from canned chipotle peppers
  • 1 chipotle chile in adobo sauce, chopped
  • 6 (1 ounce) slices sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 6 hamburger buns
Instructions:
  • Get your outdoor grill sizzling hot for a perfect cookout.
  • Mix ground sirloin, onion, grill seasoning, liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, adobo sauce, and chipotle pepper in a large bowl. Shape into 6 patties and season with salt and pepper.
  • Grill burgers until fully cooked, ensuring they reach an internal temperature of at least 160°F (70°C). Add a slice of Cheddar cheese to each burger during the final minute of cooking.
  • Assemble burgers on buns before serving.
