Big-Batch Cheeseburger Bake

Quick and delicious cheeseburger pie made with Bisquick® mix for burger fans.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 lb (at least 80%) ground beef
  • 1 1/4 cups chopped onions (about 2 large)
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 1/4 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 1/3 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 1/3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (about 5 oz)
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 15x10x1-inch pan generously with cooking spray. In a 12-inch skillet, cook beef and onions over medium heat until beef is fully cooked, then drain. Add soup, vegetables, and milk to the skillet and mix well.
  • Combine Bisquick mix and water in a large bowl until just moistened. Evenly spread the batter in the pan, then layer with the beef mixture and finish off with a generous sprinkle of cheese.
  • Bake for 35 minutes without covering.
