Elevate your breakfast game with this nutritious bircher muesli.
Ingredients:
  • 500.00 gm rolled oats
  • 250.00 ml bran
  • 250.00 ml pitted dates, roughly chopped
  • 127.50 gm sultanas
  • 125.00 ml raw almonds, roughly chopped
  • 125.00 ml macadamia nuts, roughly chopped
  • 901.25 gm milk
  • 300g low-fat vanilla yoghurt
  • 57.20 gm honey
  • 2 Granny Smith apples, grated
  • Berries, to serve
  • Extra honey, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, mix oats, bran, dates, sultanas, almonds, macadamia nuts, milk, yogurt, and honey until well combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Let the dish sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Mix in the apple and transfer to bowls. Garnish with berries and drizzle with honey before serving.
