Sweet and salty snack mix versatile for lunch boxes, afternoon treats, party snacks, and edible gifts from Betty Crocker Snacks cookbook.
Ingredients:
  • 8 cups popped popcorn
  • 1 bag (12 oz) white vanilla baking chips
  • 3 to 5 drops blue gel food color
  • 2 tablespoons (from 3.5-oz package) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
  • 4 teaspoons rainbow colored nonpareils
  • 1 cup Annie's™ Organic Birthday Cake Bunny Grahams™ Baked Graham Snacks
Instructions:
  • Prepare two 15x10-inch pans by lining them with waxed paper and then transfer the popcorn into a large bowl.
  • First, pop the popcorn and set it aside in a large bowl. Next, place the vanilla baking chips in a medium microwavable bowl. Microwave the chips uncovered on High for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Add gel food color, mix until evenly colored. Pour the melted chip mixture over the popcorn, mix to coat well. Finally, sprinkle pudding mix and nonpareils, mix well to coat.
  • Spread the popcorn mixture evenly in pans, ensuring each piece is slightly separated. Allow it to stand until it sets, which should take about 30 minutes.
  • Break pieces into bite-sized clusters and then transfer them to a large serving bowl. Gently mix in the graham snacks.
