Quick and easy black raspberry cobbler bursting with sweet flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup melted butter
  • 1.25 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup milk
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2.5 cups black raspberries
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for perfectly cooked dishes.
  • Drizzle the melted butter evenly in the 11x7-inch baking dish.
  • Combine 1 cup of sugar, flour, milk, and baking powder in a bowl. Gently pour over melted butter in the baking dish without mixing. Add black raspberries on top without stirring. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup of sugar.
  • Bake in the oven until the crust is golden brown and firm, about 30-40 minutes.
