Indulgent cake with rich coffee liqueur flavor, perfect for serving with coffee.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package moist yellow cake mix
  • 1 (5.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 0.25 cup vodka
  • 0.25 cup coffee flavored liqueur
  • 0.75 cup water
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously prepare a 10-inch Bundt pan with grease and flour.
  • Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, white sugar, oil, vodka, 1/4 cup liqueur, and water in a large bowl. Beat for four minutes, then pour into prepared Bundt pan.
  • Bake the cake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow it to cool on a wire rack.
  • Create a delicious glaze by mixing 1/4 cup of coffee liqueur with 1/2 cup of confectioners' sugar. Invert the cake onto a serving plate, then use a fork to poke holes all over it. Pour the glaze over the cake and finish by sprinkling the remaining 1/2 cup of confectioners' sugar on top.
